Many high-functioning women are carrying more than they realize — not just in their schedules, but in their bodies. This session explores how chronic “holding” shows up as tension, shallow breathing, and mental overload, and why pushing through stops working.
Attendees will learn how to recognize when their system is bracing and how that impacts clarity, energy, and decision-making. Through a simple guided practice centered around the exhale, they’ll experience what it feels like to shift out of tension and into a more grounded, regulated state.
